The BEP has a minimum of 10 direct PCH connected USB ports that are controlled by an enhanced host controller Interface (EHCI) on the PCH and 4 ports connected through hubs. The EHCI is the interface for a host controller for the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Revision 2.0. The BEP has many components on it, the list of the component are 1 custom header to the Patient IO ECG USB, 1 USB port internal on the Side IO for Option key, 8 ports side USB ports for HID, video, and GE custom options.
