The front casters can be locked in fixed directions. They have a capacity of bearing a nominal load of 35 kg while peak loads can be 150 kg. The brake can be operated by means of a lever and the maximum lever force that can be applied is 80N. It is fastened to manifold unit by a hex key by applying a torque of 130 NM.
