The Whip Antenna helps the digital detector to use a wireless signal to communicate with the X-ray machine. The detector contains a docking mechanism that provides charging power when it is in the digital bin. The wireless antenna is connected to the facility network and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) touch screen, it provides interaction with the system.
